Absolutely horrible. When I moved in carpet was horrible (stained and lifting at edges), freezer didn't work, one toilet didn't work, A/C didn't work and blinds to porch didn't work. Porch was covered in bird crap and kitchen and shower were not clean. It took almost 2 months to get most of this fixed and some things still don't work. They promised my friend a referral award of $300 and it took 9 months of badgering the office to get half of it- still waiting on the other half. Office staff appears to be helpful but nothing ever gets done/fixed. Constant turnover in staff. I don't feel safe walking around at night. I woke up one day to find an employee cleaing blood off my door and stairs (there was a trail going all the way to the building next door) The only good thing is I rarely hear my neighbors when they are in their apartments. (I've talked to other tennants who are not as lucky). I do hear them yelling and fighting on their porches as well as kids playing in stairwells and walkways all the time. I needed a place quickly and unfortunately did not read reviews before I signed this lease. Please do not make the same mistake I did. There are better apartments around here. Keep looking. I am patiently waiting for my lease to be up... I CAN'T WAIT!
