Come on CHFA, I KNOW you have to care more about this place than this. The staff is so worried about how they look to every guy that comes in, this is a place of business. People are looking for a new home, and all you can do is not listen, especially if a guy is in the area, can you say sexual harrassment' Not every guy is interested in bar hopping over aged women who do nothing but smoke out back. Hey... we can see you through the windows, there is a law now that says you can/t do that! And the smoke comes right in the back door. My sister-in-law almost choked to death and wasnt offered even an apology. In fact aqs we were filling out our apps, the male leasing agent got up and went outside... TO SMOKE! And when is it good business practice to have 3 sisters working there' NEVER! It is a lawsuit waiting to happen, with all the sexual talk and inappropriate behavior, what happened' And what is it with the maintenance all being able to be smashed out on their balconies and the cleaning drinking all day' Please let me feel like there is someone who cares about this... please get those aweful sisters out of there and things would be more fair. Nepetism ladies is an ugly thing.

i have been a resisdant here for four years now and have seen some changes in this community this past year that have been great. i think the office staff is wonderful and i see them bending over backwards to get things done for our community. when i request a particular maintanince man to fix my problems, thats who they send. yes, parking is an issue, but thats the whole city of denver. the blizzard was bad, but again, you cant blame them for mother nature. they do very nice things for the people living there and i sure dont plan on leaving anytime soon. these bad reviews must come from people who moved out and owe alot of money!!

I moved out due to the problems with this place and I don't owe a dime. Actually they gave me back my deposit and everything. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
