I have never had a problem with the maintience they always come out with in 24 hours. The sidewalks have ALWAYS been shovled and salted. And I think the grounds are beautiful!

LOL! Oh this is so true! I had to buy a shovel and I shoveled my landing from the snows we've had since Christmas. You can break your butt trying to walk in the parking lot from the ice that isn't salted.

This would be absolutely false! I had to buy a shovel too, and I nearly broke my leg when I slipped on ice going down some stairs.
