When we first moved in things seemed to get taken care of on a timely manner. Ever since we have switched apartments and new management took over nothing gets taken care of. It took over a week and numerous calls to get my garbage disposal fixed and I am still waiting years later and over a dozen phone calls a month to get the window in my bedroom fixed. Every time you call they say that there was a work order placed but they can't answer why it was never completed and say they will send someone over the next day. The next day it never happens. I have spoken to the head manager at least a dozen times and nothing still happens. I recommend looking somewhere else where the staff actually cares about their tenants. Also your belongings are not safe. My car has been broken into numerous times and nothing can be done about it.

Sounds exactly like my problems. Be careful when you move out to. They will overcharge you for everything. At ten dollars an hour they actually had the nerve to charge for $300 of cleaning. If it takes their cleaning staff 30 hours to clean a two bedroom apartment that was obviously not left in bad shape because there was no charge for carpet or any other turn over expense then they need to look into hiring new staff. FYI Hyland Park Centre is owned by the Colorado Housing Authority and the Colorado Housing Authority believes that this is an acceptable way for tenants to be treated. Even they will do nothing to fix the issues in their buildings or with their immature and irresponsible staff.
