I had problems with "someone" entering my home without consent or notice on several occasions. Upon complaint of unauthorized entry into my residence, management merely dismissed my claim saying there was no log of anyone entering my apartment and they would not do such a thing as it is unlawful. When I provided evidence of unlawful entry, it was dismissed once again with the excuse that all employees have been background checked. This I know to be untrue!
On other occasions, I would be expecting packages, when they would not show up I would have to call the company I made an order with, get tracking numbers and information from the shipper, only to find out the package was delivered to and signed by office staff. When I went to pick up my packages and complain that I was not notified, somehow my package had "disappeared" from their office. This happened 3 times without so much as an explanation or resolve
I had also called several times to have items repaired in my home that never ended up being repaired at all
I had to call police on several occasions due to fighting, drug activities, and threats by other tenants. Complaints to management were ignored, individuals involved in these activities remained.
I would keep as far from this apartment complex as possible. Find a home that is safe, secure, and professional, this is not the place!
