We gave the office 30 days advance notice on our move-in date and the apartment was not ready! A ton of things needed to be replaced or repaired, they messed up on promising us vinyl in the kitchen (we got carpet) and our ac and water heater were not working when we moved in! The Property Manager is really RUDE and does not care about her tenants at all! When we went to talk to her, she didn't come out of her office, she never introduced herself and she basically blamed all the problems on us! She told us she couldn't help us and when I told her I would call corporate, she insisted they wouldn't help us either! She has no customer service skills at all! The only good thing about this place is its a cheap 2 bdrm and 2 bath, if it weren't for that, I wouldn't live here. Oh and our representative, Emily was really nice, she's the only one with manners in the whole place.
