I lived in this complex for almost 2 years, and had an awful experience. Maintenance was incompetant. I had a front door that wouldn't seal... you could literally see daylight through it. It took two months of inhaling my nextdoor neighbor's second hand smoke from our shared door, and threats to notify the state board of health and Better Business Beaurau before it was finally fixed. I had someone break into my apartment, and the police determined that whoever had done it had a key since there were no signs of forced entry, which led them to believe that either my lock was not changed after the previous tennant moved out, or someone who worked for the complex had a key and broke in. To add insult to injury, when I called emergency maintenace that night, they refused to replace my lock that night, and then the next day charged me $40 to replace the lock. I'm not about to put a $40 price tag on my safety, so I went ahead and paid it, but that should have never happened. Management is rude, the "gated community" that they flaunt as a selling point is a complete farse, and it's just not worth it! Stay far, far away. I have to wonder if anyone with a good review on this site is just a member of management trying to boost sales. On top of that, I had to listen night after night to a husband beat his wife in the apartment next door. I called the police several times, but because the wife was a member of the management, I was afraid this guy could get keys to my apartment and would come after me next. Avoid at all costs.
