I have lived here since Nov 2003. Loved it, until March 2003, when Omni properties took it over. They "fixed" the gates (they move now, but all you have to do is stop in front of them to open), replaced fire sprinkler heads leaving holes and debris on my bed and floor (staff was very unhelpful and rude about this), clean snow at 5:30AM (outside walls are thin, always wakes me up) etc.. I was 1 day late with rent and are currently refusing to take my payment, I have tried to settle this 3 times, and now have legal action taken against me (it is the 15th!) and are now requesting Februarys rent before I can stay, even though I have no judgement against me and have never been late prior.
