if you like to be treated like a Royal subject...

and not a paying customer, by all means rent from the rude manager. I lived there from August 2003 through January 2005, and found the manager and her antics troubling. Her attitude was snotty. Her policies were such as posting notes on tenant's doors if there was too much belongings on the patio area, threatening notes on cars if a tenant had an expired tag, if you were late in rental payment, posting a legal notice on your door, etc. She's a younger lady and apparently the trivial amount of power she has as manager has gone to her head. There are some nicer people who work there though. But, I wouldn't live there again since I like to be treated like a customer and not continually berated for acting like I freaking lived there! After all, that's what I rent an apt. home for- to live there, not feel like I'm doing something wrong all the time.
Another item- a fellow tenant of mine had a dog and was fined for droppings in the lawn area in front of her apt., and claimed that it wasn't from her dog but they fined her $50 nonetheless. After that, she said that some maintenance personnel staked outside of her apt. waiting for her to walk her dog. Is this petty or what'
Yet another item: when I moved out, the new management (Omni) had lost record of the deposit I had made to the previous management and attempted to charge me for the amount saying I had owed them some extra rent. It must be nice to say whatever one wants and hire a bill collector based on falsities. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
