Legacy Heights formerly Archstone Legacy Heights

Omni is the worst company I have ever had to do business with. I refuse to renew my lease with them. However, omni does not own legacy heights apartments anymore now they own Ironwood at the ranch. Which is where I reside now and I am moving. If Omni owns the apartment complex, you are interested in moving into do not waist your time. Omni treats there residence horribly. Omni takes several weeks to take care of maintenance issues, overcharges residence for damage when you move out, my neighbor had over 1400 dollars worth of damage that they claimed was his fault he had to get an attorney to fight the charges, my other neighbor couldn??t use his shower for 4 weeks cause they wouldn??t retile after the tiles started falling off. I called maintenance to request a work order and he hung up on me and said it was his day off, during the business hours at the number giving on the recorded message by the complex. These are just a few examples I can think of off the top of my head. So if omni owns the apartment complex that you would like to reside do not sign the lease there has to be somewhere else that you can go. You do not want the trouble. So if you are interested in renting at legacy heights now go ahead omni is gone (SMILES)
