These people will make money off of you. I have never in my life not received my entire deposit back after moving out. I lived there for three years and cleaned the entire aparment immaculately. The carpet was not new when I moved in and had some marks on it. No big deal. When I moved out there were two light brown stains the 3" in diameter. I tried to do a walk thru with the managment and they were too busy. I was told by an agent not to worry about the carpet because I lived there three years. I has hit with a bill for $280.00 for dying and stretching the carpet. I have no recourse but to "donate" that money to them because an attorney will cost much more. Unless you want to just kiss your deposit goodby. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!
