I highly recommend this complex. I've lived in the community from 2001 and have gone through four different management companies.

In the past year there has been some water damage to my carpet due to weather and my hot water heater. I had to call after hours because of flooding and someone was at my house within 15 minutes. The on call person fixed my heater and he called someone to come about the carpet who was there in half an hour. The damage was so bad that they had to replace the padding and carpet which is being done today.

I have read reviews and I know its hard to get used to another management company and their policies, but Farifield has done alot for the remodeling of the buildings, cabinets, and the parking lots. I also notice the landscaping is much better than it used to be.

I really appreciate it.
