Temporaries on Stand-By provided temporary workers in August, September & October of 2003 to help complete the renovations to the parking area and other areas. Pacific Cap Properties has not paid for these services. To date they owe $4,125.50 including interest. Based on the condition of the place, they are not doing anything with the renters money other than sitting fat on it. I would never, never recommend Maples at Crestwood or any other Pacific Cap Property.
