I can say I have lived here long enough to say that in the last month since we got this new manager that it is getting better around here. I will say I will not have to hear about the Manager(old ones) and who they are doing in the office or other staff members.

This one is up front with me and say that they are working on getting things fixed but it will take a while since the old management staff either stold from the property or used the funds for other things then what was needed for apts.

I will say that this manager went from almost 100 empties now it is almost 80% full. I am glad that they will be working with tenents to make a neighbor hood watch.

I just wish that the tenents would read there contracts on BABBY SITTING, SPEEDING IN THE LOT, WORKING ON CARS IN THE LOT. I also would say that they have been working on getting the grounds looking good untill THE KIDS broke the sprinker systems the day after they fixed it.

I will be glad to renew my lease this year.
