I know that this is a part of the times that we live in but with the kids taking over after the office closes. Evenings and weekends the kids do not care or even do not care if there is older persons that should have the right of way on the side walks.
IF YOU ARE DRIVING IN THE COMPLEX WATCH OUT FOR THE KIDS THEY WILL POP IN AND OUT BETWEEN THE CARS AND WILL JUST THINK THAT YOU WILL STOP.
Also watch out for the drivers also they do not care that there is a speeding limit of 5mph and some of the drivers go as fast as 30mph.
I was told by a member of the staff that there is a large gang (not just one gang but two different gangs)in the complex now.
I would say that the complex is nice but it has alot of things that makes THE MAPLES AT CRESTWOOD APARTMENTS AND TOWNHOMES a not so great place to live.

BY THE WAY WHERE ARE THE PARENTS ' I have never been to Mexico and really do not want to go there if is a sample of how it is there.

I agree 100%... The property owners do not pay their contractors, why would they have any concern over what happens to the property and the tenants. To the best of my knowledge this is still Section 8 housing, they gussied up the property so that they would qualify for Section 8. The government pays them, and that is all they are concerned with. As a tenant, you get what you pay for... especially when it is to Slum Lords.
