There are problems with every apartemt this one has no more than normal. This IS a low income housing so can you blame the office for not taking too much time on the proporty' The apartment itself is great, i love it. It is big and everything is overall great. The only problems i've had is cosmetic like the screen for the padio was bent so i had to take it off or else it wouldnt open. The people are really nice even though most of them dont speak very good english. When i was moving in many of them offered their help. The price is great and the management is overall helpful. If you live near the front of the complex you're goign to have trouble finding a place to park but other than that parking is fine. There are a lot of kids running around but its a really big family enviroment and NO the DO NOT jump out infront of your car! I've had it happen once but i get more people darting out in the street in any residental housing area. Also if you're a courdious driver than everyone else is fine, so unless you have roadrage you're not goign to have a problem. Overall great apartment for a GREAT price. The apartments are really good with sound too. the only thing i can hear is the ocasional slammed door. Kids can be outside screaming and i dont hear it unless a window's open.
