There is constant drama in these apts. as the other rating read, kids are into everything. They were sold and security was supposed to have been hired. NEVER AROUND!!!! Fights, parties, and cars caught on fire. Drive bys on cars, whats next. If you love your family, don't put them thru what mine when thru. They get you with the low rent, then with your rent you get their public service too. Our rent is 795 and we always end up paying about 830. Plus we get an excel energy bill too. With all the money they make they should clean up the property. If your not home before 5, forget parking, we have to park in front of other bldgs and walk to ours. Dont let their website fool you. They say its a quiet place. They are so wrong for lying to you. They have grounds people keeping up with the courtyard, but the halls are a mess. Flickering hall lights, and they are not heated, if they are they never turned it on. they moved us into a 3br, but had to move us to a different unit because the ceilings caved in, not in one, but both bathrooms. There are asbestos in the ceilings. We were told if we make a hole in the ceiling, dont pull out whatever was there cause the asbestos will leak. The only time i seen maintenance was to clean off the mouse traps. The new management has went thru about 9-12 different management people. No one stays, the one now is so determined that she can clean up the apts in a few weeks. A few years wouldnt help. We tried to get out of our lease due to our daughter being traumatised by the bloody incident in front of her window, and they said we are liable for all rent owed. I wish I could send them my counseling bills for her.
