Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2002
 
I have lived in towne centre for almost 4 years. I have seen multiple management changes. The buildings are not bad with the new siding and windows. The management team does not enforce lease restrictions. People are always working on their vehicles in the parking lots and the noise after 10pm is neveer taken care of.
