	I have lived in towne centre for almost 4 years. I have seen multiple management changes. The buildings are not bad with the new siding and windows. The management team does not enforce lease restrictions. People are always working on ... more

	The price per square foot was market fair and the exterior is getting a makeover (Spring 2002). The windows, however, are still aluminum single pane. As to rules enforcement, it depended on how well you got along with management. ... more
