Bad My family and I lived her for a while. There were many things neeed fixing in the apartment and most of them didn't get fixed until we moved out. Maitenence requests were made right away but were taken care of when they felt the need. If you have a family it is a horrible place to live.

Look elsewhere! This place is going downhill more and more. Management is the pits, maintenance is worse. The place is falling apart. Drug dealers, kids running wild, cops always here for one thing or another... it's a slum. The grounds are filthy.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE? It takes 3 days to have the side walks cleaned off and drains coming off of building and siding coming off also.
I was by the office and heard that drains are falling off of the building and there is ice on the side walks where the sun does not hit.
