These are the worst aprtments I have ever lived in. Though they look really nice and are fairly new, they are cheaply made. The walls are paper thin and you can hear activity in other peoples apartments as if you were standing in the room with them. Night "activities" are especially disturbing. Don't even think about living on the first or second floors. The floor boards squeak incredibly bad. Bascially your sleep schedule will revolve around your up stairs neighbor. The floor squeaks so badly that I wake up every time the neighbor above me goes to the bathroom in the middle of the night. These apartments are way too over priced for their crappy quality.
