The apartment is nice but you will be disappointed by the staff, terms of your lease, cost of lease renewal, and the fact that maintanence treats your apartment as there own. Maintanence also will come to your apartment at 8 in the morning and knock for as long as it takes to wake you up. And this is for routine maintanence. This is my biggest complaint.

We do not do work orders at 8 am in the morning. My maintenance staff is busy picking up grounds during that time. My staff wouldn't dream of entering someone's apartment that early in the morning. We do not conduct work orders until 10 am. I guess it could be a worse complaint if we didn't take care of the maintenance issue in a timely fashion or even at all. What I can't understand is why you have a problem with the lease term when you agreed to it when you moved in? I typically offer anywhere from 6 through 12 month leases. What's wrong with that? I even offer shorter term leases at an extra fee of $200 per month. I think that's fair. PS-You spelled "maintanence" incorrectly.

Thank you for pointing out that maintanenceance was spelled incorrectly, you are correct, you are not RUDE. Prospective tenants should just look at the posts. This is a common complaint. As ------- points out she is rude to people if they don't smile at her. Apparently no one is smiling at her. The maintenance was routine, not my request. Stating that they came after 10 is a lie, my job starts at 9 and they woke me, so at the lastest they were there at 8:30ish.

Wow, here's something I find amusing - ------- is still the manager. How did you not get fired after hiring one of your friends, without doing a background check, as one of your "trusted" maintenance staff?
