Day one when we moved into Argyle apartments we had a problem. The washer was not hooked up properly so water was all over are new carpet, we had spiders everywhere, we were killing at least 10 spiders or more a day. The window seal in are master bedroom was not on properly and we had water damage from the rain. Fire hazards in the kitchen and mice, the noise level was crazy we could hear the lady next doors phone ringing when we were in the master bathroom and the people above us we heard everything. There was one maintence guy that was foreign and I really don't think he had any business working in maintence because he did not fix anything important. Who ever lives in these apartments are crazy and pays the amount of rent that there asking for, and they keep asking for moe money too. Also if you want your mail on time don't move here because they have rural carriers that don't care about your mail at all, they put your mail in the wrong boxes and it takes up to two weeks two weeks to get important mail. Soon as we gave the argyle aparments there 30 day notice in writing thats when are mail started being messed with so you figure it out. Take lots of pictures if you move in this place because you will need them.
