I lived there for 2.5 years. The management (all of the staff excpt maintenence) kept changing; there were at least 3 different managers that I know of. Whenever I had a maintenence prob, it was taken care of quickly and the guys are nice. The people in the office however are soooooo slow at getting things done, they screwed up refunding my deposit twice, and they are rude. It was pretty cheap for what you get (central AC, pets, pool) but the pool was always filthy or overcrowded. Tennis courts were a joke, no volleyball net on courts, basketball courts crummy. Also, they are "remodeling" right now-- the ones that have been "remodeled" are more expensive and probably just have those nasty old ghetto early 70s kitchen cabinets painted.
Everything was ghetto inside including the 30 year old appliances, nasty fridge, and cabinets. Yes, GOLD SHAG carpet and all. They are replacing some carpets with fashionable dark brown carpets, to match the ass brown cabinets.
They didnt bother to clean the last apartment I was in (I moved 3 times within the complex because of mold problems) and then they charged me a cleaning fee when I moved out, even though I noted that it hadnt been clean when I moved it.
The people in the office are terrible, the management is terrible, and the MOLD PROBLEMS CAN KILL YOU. Everything rotted within 3 days no matter what, it constantly smelled, and the toilet would grow a nasty brown funk in it overnight.
And the ceiling/floor is very thin, you can hear people walking, talking, opening dresser drawers... nightmare if you live underneath someone. CONSTANT PROBLEMS WITH INCOMPETENT MAIL CARRIERS, CANNOT READ NAMES AND NUMBERS.
