This town home complex would be nice if it weren't for the terrible management. Recently taken over, they smoke pot, drink, dress very un-professionally, and loose everything. I don't know how many times I have had to re-submit things, because they didn't have them, (and I always hand delivered everything). I am moving out when my lease is up, and it isn't up soon enough! The maitenance is terrible, the children are disrespectful, and loud... I could go on forever. There are rodent problems. Just save yourself the trouble, and don't move in here!!

The former management company is the one that lost the paperwork the new staff is very friendly and trying to fix all of the probelms that the previos management had caused. This is very negative to the staff that I have found so truly helpful. They finally have an idea of the things going on in this community and trying to take care of them. Thanks to the new management for hiring responsible together employees to manage this community

No... It was not the former management team who lost the paperwork. The former management was very professional, dressed well, and knew how to operate an office. The paperwork I recently hand-delivered, and was lost, (the end of May to be exact), was delivered to the manager's young assistant girl.
I could go on about how this complex lacks in almost all areas... and the only thing that WAS semi-okay was the parking, and now the parking has also become a problem. Many times I’ve had to park in front of other buildings because of the new residents who have constant company, and many vehicles of their own, which take up all the parking.
The maintenance team has not made a single repair that I have requested, (by phone or in person), and this has been a problem with all the teams who have managed the complex.
The central air-conditioning costs a fortune, and does not cool the upper level... it is miserable to spend any time upstairs during the day hours, which is incredibly inconvenient.
To add salt to the wounds, I've seen the office manager dressed so unprofessionally, that her mid-section and bottom is often hanging out of her clothing...
We all have our opinions… this is an un-biased one.
