I was willing to forgive the weird smell and poorly installed carpeting because they allow dogs and I have one. However, things went wrong (the light fixtures fell from the ceiling in 3 rooms and had already done so in a few other spots and I was charged to replace all of them, the shower head fell off on me in the shower, the air conditioning broke and took forever to be fixed, they made me pay twice to have the apartment cleaned after moving out which is usually included for free, the inspection upon moving out resulted in me waiting all afternoon when they didn't show, etc) and due to them losing the move-in walk through sheet, I was charged for all damages that were there prior to my move in. The office staff was rude (they were nice when i moved in, but changed mgmt halfway through my lease) and extremely unhelpful. Given the average and at times sub-par accomodations and frustrating (and costly) management, it is certainly not worth the price, and does not live up to its claim of being luxurious.
