Hardwood floors on the 2nd and 3rd floors, cheap appliances, noisy neighbors, parking lot is full of potholes, pool has been closed since I moved in, and they just tore it up again because maintenance didn't fix it right the first time. Windows are fogged up, a/c's are so loud you have to sleep with the fogged up windows shut, grass is dying, exterior lights are always on, office people are stupid and rude and they can't keep anyone worth keeping for more than 3 months. The maintenance people try but seem to have too much going on at any given time to do any good. Pet policy is enforced when they want to enforce it but there are 3 pit bulls I know of on the sight. This place is hell.
