I do not hear my neighbors. The facility always looks very nice. Maintenance is here right after you call and all so friendly. If any of the staff happen to be outside when I drive up, they even offer to help me carry in my groceries. They and even the postman knew my name the first day and always call me by my name, so a very personable staff.
