Since moving in here there have been problems right and left.
1. There are puddles in front of our door any time it rains or snows (and never once been cleared out except by us)
2. Our porch flooded and the plumber the said they called never came after waiting for 6 hours.
3. Pet policy is outrageous. They say the have breed restrictions but that is bull. I was attacked by a boxer and the dog is still here. Plus I know of another that was bitten multiple times by a dog here that belongs to an office person. Dog still here.
4. There are no ceiling lights in the apartment except for one in the kitchen. Needless to say its very dark.
5. A dog park was put in which is nice except it runs over a drain ravine type things and my dog was hurt playing there.
6. Tanning beds can only be used during office hours or when someone happens to be there, which isn't very often with how often they take breaks and close the office.
7. A crack in our ceiling is getting bigger and no one will come fix it.
8. Parking is awful, Though they did fill some pot holes.
9. The location is impossible to get out of because it is on such busy streets.
10. It costs a fortune to have your pets here. $300 non-refundable deposit a monthly pet rent.
11. The rent is very very expensive. We have a 1 bedroom and have to pay $800 . we could get a house for that price.
12. If you live on a ground level apartment be prepared for noisy yard work outside your windows early in the morning.
13. The "hardwood" floors are actually a laminate type floor to look like wood. Easy to clean yes, but they mislead you about the flooring.
14. You must give 60 days written notice if you want to move out or risk loosing your deposit. In my opinion that is a really long time!
15. Our blinds were eaten by the former tenants cats and not replaced.
16. Not a lot of storage. There is a huge walk in closet, but thats about it.
17. Water heater doesn't fill up bath tub with warm water.
All in all I think you should try to find some place else to live.
