I was moving from A different state to colorado and I had to set up mostly everything over the phone, I had set up to take a 1 bed 1 bath from courtney park. I drove over 7 hours to sign the lease and i got there and the person I was suppose to meet with was gone and didnt even tell anyone else that I was coming. I waiting around for along time and I finally was able to go and view the apartment and I am glad I did it stopped me from making a huge mistake. I have not seen the bigger apartments, but there is nothing luxory at all about the 1 bed. yeah it had "newer" cheap appliances, but the walls, the carpet, everything was old and dirty and dark. Be very careful the pictures you see DO NOT represent what you will be living in if you get a 1 bed 1 bath

I can not believe that happened, as I have lived here for 3 years and we have an outstanding staff here. I feel that I have a very luxuriously apartment. I have the largest and have plenty of room. I have accent walls that match my area rugs, I have all new appliances. Also if one of the staff happen to be out near my apartment when I come home from grocery shopping, they even help me carry the grocery's in. Also the staff holds get together's for everyone here, like a Thanksgiving feast and Christmas, we have parties by the poolside... I have lived in a lot of apartments across the country and this very nice and comfortable....
