Governor's Park Apartments

From: artesian2002 Date posted: 5/24/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I have a dog here and I have never had any problems with people not picking up after them. The floorplans are nice, especially if you want the same size bedroom as your roommate, that is always a plus, no awkward spliting of rent. Every request I put in to have something fixed or looked at was done in a timely fashion, the grounds are well maintained. The pool was the first to open in the area and I found the staff VERY helpful and nice. Never had an issue living here, plus my carpet looked brand new!! Another plus if you live on the top floor, heating is not an issue, I never turned my heat on all winter, it was nice and warm. And the apartments aren't next to each other, you don't share any wall, just the floor/ceiling depending on which level.
