Run Away-Do not rent here. it is a nightmare!!

As you can see from previous reviews, Parkwood does not have a great reputation. Well, we were hoping that with the new management taking over in December 2002 it would imporve, wrong!! Maintance of the complex as a whole is terrible. Don't take anyones word on any promises they give you, get eveything the management tells you in writing, if not they will not uphold obligations. Beware of move in specials, rent will go up rather quickly once they have you in! Pool, hot tub and fitness rooms are poor and rarely kept clean. To top it all off, Vicky, the new manager is extremely rude, does not return calls and seems to either have a memory or lying problem.
Rent somewhere else in Ft. Collins, save yourself the money and headache!
