I would not recommend this apartment community

Good location and decent apartments.
Maintenance is not performed when needed even if requested.
Office staffs are very impressionable and difficult to talk to. If you do move in here get everything in writing and have who ever you are dealing with sign and date it. Also I would recommend that one get receipts for every transaction from the deposit to paying rent. The staff seems to "lose" things. Also be very careful about filling out your move in sheet. If something that is damaged when you move make sure you document it. If not when you move out they will assume that you are responsible and charge you accordingly.
I would never rent here again and would not recommend it to anybody else.
