I have lived at Parkwood for over 2 years. I have enjoyed it so far and feel very safe and at home there. I have never had a problem with maitenece or constant noise. THey are usually pretty quick and accomadating. The prices could be cheaper, and the work-out room and spa could be worked on more, but overall it is very nice.
