Once my lease is up, it's up. I won't be living here again. The maintence is really bad. After having them fix things for me, they still didn't work. I have to do the stuff my self. Next has charged me for late rent when pay on time yet the insist that it was late. Way to steel my money. After countless times of trying to contact the main office, no one seems to answer. Service doesn't seem the best. I'm sure there are better places in Fort Collins to live than this place. I'll be looking for those places. Parkwood East Apartments has the opportunity to be a great apartment complex but without the right staff it won't be able to reach it's potental.
