After reading many of the comments concerning Parkwood East, I feel that the only reason there are any negative responses is that these people are mad. People have to do their jobs, that is what the office staff has done, if you pay your rent late they are very nice about it, they usually waive the late fee the first time you are late and are very organized in the way they know if you were late or not. I have lived here for 5 years and never have been charged a fee I wasn't due to be charged. The maintenance problems were handled gracefully, they hired someone that was not up to their standards and eventually fired this maintenance person because he was not performing to their and Parkwood East Residents standards. After reading about the person who sent them to the BBB, I checked into this and nothing was ever done to Parkwood, this means the person who wrote this letter was wrong not Parkwood, also about the people who were charged electricity, did you switch the electricity out of your name' They are not responsible for this you are, be an adult and take responsibility for your actions, we expect them to admit when their wrong, but we won't when we know we are wrong. The staff at Parkwood East will bend over backwards to help you out, but it is a 2 way street. Give and get. This is seriuosly the best place to live in Fort Collins.
