The office staff is very uncooperative especially the office manager. I have had a maintenance request in for several weeks that has never been addressed. When I call for follow up, they keep assuring they will be here tomorrow. They advertise individual room thermostats, they fail to mention the baseboard heat which makes it next to impossible to set up a room that is livable. In the bedrooms particularly, one wall is heat, one wall is closet, doesnt leave much room for set up unless you like living in the middle of the room.
