Broken exercise equipment took many months to repair; when I first moved in, the apartment was disgusting--like they hadn't cleaned it at all--foreign substances all over the walls; after the snow storm where we got 2 feet, it took 4 days (the day before Christmas) until they finally plowed the parking lots--where does all of our money go'--to their demo apartments; doggie waste bags were always out of supply, but you'd still get fined for not picking it up; roommates must voluntarily sign themselves off of the lease--and if they happen to stop paying their part of the rent they have a free place to stay at your expense and there's nothing you can do about it until your lease is up and you move: AWFUL place!!!!
