Even though the price of my little one bedroom one bath apartment was pretty high, I would definitely say it was worth it. I loved having my own washer and dryer and there was a LOT of closet space. Its a very safe place to live so that makes it more worth the price. The office staff have always been really nice to me, I think they're great. I only have several small complaints but nothing that would stop anyone from moving there I should hope.

Firstly, I think it was very silly that the way the kitchen was set up, I had to open my fridge in order to open the dishwasher so I could load it. Second, the only maintenance request I ever made, or ever needed to because everything in my apartment was in excellent condition, was never taken care of. All I needed was the light outside my front door fixed, but I guess they were too busy replacing curbs in the parking lot...curbs that didn't need to be replaced. But I wasn't too upset about that request being ignored because they have good lighting all around the complex so it wasn't so bad. Lastly, if you're a younger person just be aware that you're living around a bunch of older people. If your music is a little too loud they will not hesitate to call the police on you, they will not come ask you themselves to please turn it down. I had the police called on me twice in the nine months I lived there. I don't throw parties, I'm not a loud person. My music can't be as loud as when the lady upstairs vacuums...which is at least once a day no joke.

The parking is great, the appliances are in good condition, most of the other residents are very friendly, the office staff are helpful and polite, and it has a very safe and secure atmosphere. I would definitely recommend living here.
