Parkwood East is in a great location, but the management team, headed by Vickie, makes the place unfit to live. They are rude, treating everyone they deal with like problem people rather than valued customers. They will lie to your face, just like they lied to ours when they didn't plow the parking lot for a week during the Christmas blizzard--trapping all our cars in the 1625 Stuart Street lot for a week. They will let problems build up, like the squirrel infestation that cuased a fire in my apartment walls, and then try to deny that there was a fire. They will publicly post that scheduled asphalt work is not going to occur, and then go ahead and do the work, towing your car to get it out of the way. Vickie and her team don't act like you are paying their salaries by paying to live there, and her bosses at Omni management are just as bad. I'm had enough of their lies and rudeness
