I would not recommend this apartment to any renters. I had over two hundred yellow jackets come into my apartment through gaping holes under my heater vents. The apartment did nothing except spray them and plug the holes from the outside causing them to all swarm into my apartment leaving me having to kill and clean up over 300 dead and dying yellow jackets. I woke up in the morning with bees in my hair. Luckily I am not allergic. The apartment has still not adequately filled the holes where the bees entered from.

I also had an issue with a wasp nest at this location. I turned in a request weeks ago but the giant nest is still outside of my apartment. My dog has been stung several times and I've been cleaning up dead wasps for days. Customer service is NOT in their vocabulary!
