I lived at this apartment complex for about 8 months and couldn't wait to leave. First I have lived at several different college apartments, and this was the worst. The place looks great from the outside, but that where the good things end. Great place to get to know your neighbors, THROUGH THE WALLS! Utility costs are very high (due to lack of insulation, floor board heating, and small in wall air conditioning). the paint flakes off everything you touch, the appliances are old (unless you overpay for an upgraded unit). Management doesn't care about you after you sign the lease. Facilities don't work (pool and hot tub full of rotten leaves and dirt, they were not cleaned daily as advertised, thery were NEVER cleaned). The "fitness center" is full of very old equipment, and about half of that doesn't work. Our apartment was surrounded by trash when we moved in, they said that they would have it taken care of, the same trash and more was still there when we moved out. We got lucky in that our apartment only flooded once, most of the complex was not that lucky. After our apartment flooded, management didn't see cleaning it up as a concern, I had to theaten them to get them to do anything about it. When we moved out we left the apartment cleaner than when we moved in, and almost didn't any of our deposit back. I have lived in bad college apartments, and this one is the worst. Don't let the nice paint on the outside of the buildings fool you, RUN AWAY.
