So I am looking to move away from here soon, but only because of price, the apartment is great. Its worth the money, I just don't have the money anymore.

Kitchen appliances are a bit old, but I knew that coming in. Had the option for a "luxury" version with new stuff, didn't care enough to pay the extra $25 or whatever it was. Brand new W/D when I moved in. Beautiful grounds. Dog waste used to be a big problem but management got tough (or draconian even) and it got much better. Pool and hottub are nice, although they could get cleaned a bit more often. Fitness room has some broken equipment but is pretty nice anyway. Racquetball courts are awesome. Very quiet, hardly ever hear anything through the walls/ceiling. Only thing I hear is when the upstairs folks are vacuuming or their kid is running around, but that isn't often.

Management, the few times I've dealt with them, have been fantastic. Kevin knows me by sight/name even though I've hardly ever gone in the office. He offered some discounts/options when I gave my move-out notice, which I appreciated even though it wasn't enough.

I am really surprised at all the bad reviews. This is the nicest apartment I've ever lived in, no contest. I was looking at reviews for some other places I was thinking about moving to and got discouraged at how negative they were. I decided to check here for comparison, and these reviews are even worse. So I guess that's a good sign for the new place.
