Like throwing newspaper over your child's vomit instead of cleaning

The Arbors at Sweetgrass is an extremely disappointing place to live. As others have mentioned, the models/focus apartments have been repaired/renewed/and remodeled into very habitable apartments. I was in a hurry to get a 1bdrm in town when signing my lease, and foolishly signed before seeing the actual apartment I was moving into, as the leasing agent wouldn't allow me to.
It looks decent, and when decorated with decent quality furniture can be disguised to any of my friends coming over...
However, there is extreme water damage under my bathroom sink.
A funky substance coming from behind the plastic shower panels, which they claim to be glue, though it looks like some form of mold, even if it's harmless, it's still disgusting.
I have had a leak from the bathroom above me, which maitenance didn't really attend to.
They've replaced/worked on my w/d many times, but it never truely seems to improve the situation. The clothes always smell funky, and the dryer takes about 2 hours to dry a SMALL load of clothes. Good luck with them ever drying if you put in a full load.
If you pay your rent after office hours on the 3rd, you will be charged $168, or whatever your lease says, although your lease does not specify a time, it just says ON or before the 3rd of the month.
MOST IMPORTANTLY
I have had
MANY MANY MANY SPIDERS (killing about 5-10/day, and I'm hardley home)
BOX ELDER BUG INFESTATIONS (google an image of them if you don't know what they are, yuck!)
MICE MICE MICE MICE MICE
I am disgusted with the Arbors at Sweetgrass. The pool/hot tub have been closed more or less since I moved in a year ago, the tennis courts are not lit, the gym equipment is worthless, the a/c is a crappy wall unit, and the heat is not central heat and is awful/expensive and not energy efficient.
DO NOT MOVE HERE.
