Good location (if you're not a student)

This complex is relatively older than some places around Fort Collins, but its not that noticable, especially on the outside. The kitchen and its applicances are a bit old and dated, as are the old-school window frames. The apt I lived in was pretty small, but my balcony overlooked the park next to it, so it was very quiet and private. Parking is usually bad, and there are no reservered spaces. The pool is nice and well-maintained, as is the hot tub. The laundry room was pretty bad. The pay-per-use washer and dryers are a rip-off, and the change dispenser is often broken, requiring you go buy a roll of quarters from somewhere else. The apts themselves don't have much room for W&D's unless they're the stackable kind, so that's not a good alternative. The best thing about this place is its location. Its right next to a park with basketball and tennis courts, and a playground. The apartment complex built some sort of exercise track next to the park, buts its laughable and useless. The exercise stations look like medevial tourture devices, and have no instuctions on what their purposes are. On the other side of the complex is a 24 hour 7-11, which is very convenient, and 2 strip malls with grocery stores are within easy walking distance. Overall, this place was pretty nice, but those looking for luxury should look elsewhere.
