cool loft floorplans but unsafe parking lot

It's been a very very long time since I lived here, but the floor plan was pretty cool. However, there was a LOT of crime in the area and the parking lot was poorly lit and the walkway lighting was broken, so it was very dangerous for two young co-ed female roommates.
