I moved to the Pier because it was close to where I work. Since living here, I have had a man expose himself AND masturbate in front of me through his balcony window, had my neighbor beat some guy up on my porch and get blood everywhere, and get my rent raised for no real reason at all.

I can hear my neighbour's dog bark. I can hear my neighbours having sex. I can hear other people's conversations. The maintenence guy is nosey and harasses the tenants about things they should not be bothered about. The apartment building is in need of a paint job, the stairs in need of a scrubbing, the porches need to be painted and hosed down. The management is phony & rude.

The apartment is cute though, at least the one that I got. It's too bad all that other stuff has to ruin it :(

Uh oh, that might have been me you saw by the window. I thought you wanted me to do it (isn't my package huge?) You are soooo hot-- you should have joined me. Several other neighbors have. Sort of a community hobby...mutual masturbation and voyeurism. Just let your neighbors know you don't like it and it probably won't happen again.
