The blizzard of 2006 - management has disappeared - the only snow removal that has occurred has been done by the TENANTS with shovels - the sidewalks have not been cleared around most of the buildings and only half of the parking lot (not my 1/2 though)- the stairs and landings are icy death traps - the entrance to the laundry facility is an ice rink not to mention a filthy excuse of a facility (cigarette butts on the floor, trash and mystery substances!) - dozens of cars continue to get stuck or slide in the unplowed parking lot including the garbage truck while just a few hundred feet away Boardwalk Dr. and Harmony are close to normal - dumpster diving is a common recreational activity here - dumpster fires sometimes too - you have to be careful where you walk b/c of trash, broken glass and doggie presents - I've called the cops three times for neighbors disturbing the peace, domestic violence and car a car alarm that wouldn't quit - feels like "Little Mexico" at times - and sometimes the ghetto - grounds maintenance is obviously a very low priority in the summer (e.g. landscaping, potholes) - can't wait until my lease is up - rent is low but so should your expectations be if you live here - so if you would like a 100% white trash experience then come to the Pier!!

Speaking of white trash. When I lived here someone went hunting over the July 4th holiday and threw the deer carcass in the dumpster by my apartment. It was the dead of summer and it literally smelled like some had died.
