good memories of the pier

The management was friendly and left well enough alone when it comes to parking spots for your visitors. At other complexes there were issues with parking and little warnings, etc.
But not here. They were nice, friendly and the structures were built probably the best I'd been in in terms of no noise. I always slept like a baby. They didn't always raise the rent. It pretty much stayed the same. The first time it did raise and I decided to no longer have roommates, they didn't have a one bedroom available so I moved up the street to Somerset after and was not nearly as happy though the place was newer and had a rent deal going.
The maintenance at The Pier was right on top of things, even helped me move some things in without charge. When I moved out, I didn't have to pay a bunch of rent extra.
I have good memories of The Pier. Even though it was not the newest place I'd ever lived in. Out of the six apartment communities I've lived in, I was the happiest here.
Had a good pool party each start of the summer. I made a bunch of young urban professional type friends like me there my first summer :)
