Way over-priced, awful neighbors, and cardboard walls

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
I never even knew who my neighbors were here but I could tell you everything about them cause you can here everything they do and say through the cheap walls and floors. The people who live here seem like they are too old to be college students but they act like it- rude, loud, annoying, dirty. But management is non-existent so don't bother complaining about it.
